Loved it. I like the new guy, somehow he is more believable as a gladiator.
Great action, violent and sexy. Over all it is exactly where they left of last year.
But it will be hard to top season 2. It was so good at showing how they might have lived back then.
Good if you were a rich Roman, not so good for the rest.

I miss season one.There were a lot of scenes with the gladiators getting massaged, oiled up and having their wounds attended to.And working out in the courtyard under the hot sun.Apologies, was just asking about the show. I like it anyway

Yep....at first I didn't like the new guy playing Sparty as I thought he was too thin/weak-looking to play the part. This new season he's really demonstrating his acting skillz being a badass leader IMO....charisma I guess.
Out of all of the Spartacus seasons, I love the character of Gannicus the best. Last season when he did the nighttime jump off of that old monument and ripped up about 6 Roman soldiers, sent chills down my spine.
Have you noticed that the new Spartacus wears armor with muscles built into it? I saw that and laughed my ass off. The least he could do is hit the weight room between seasons.
Gannicus is my favorite too. He just wants to drink wine, fuck bitches, and murder Romans.
