I don't know about the last couple of years, but High Fidelity is "the guy's chick flick" that every woman I know that has seen it has enjoyed.

The last two movies I saw with a lady friend were "No Strings Attached" with Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman. It wasn't bad and Portman is hot. The other was "Love and Other Drugs" Lots of nudity in it too.

Actually...Hugh Grant! Try 'About A Boy' or 'Love, Actually'...these are not only good chick flicks, but you'll enjoy them as well. Two of my absolute favorites in this category, and I could rave about either of them. However, both are about ten years old and not really as recent as you'd care for.
