Mudster...I know a lot of ghey people, both men and women.Some are my best friends and we've had the conversation because I have no shame and ask about it

What I get from them is that most gay folk know from birth what they are attracted to.Society then tries to tell them they're wrong and they learn shame and guilt.

Later, most of them say fuck it - This is the natural me and nothing will change it.


So I kinda learned that just as we see heterosexuality as normal, being gay is normal for them too....

I'm the same way. I have no problem with gay people. In fact one of my good friends came out of the closet my sophomore year in college and it didn't change anything between us at all. But if you look at it strictly scientifically it is unnatural. Everything living thing on Earth has one mission: Pass its genes on to its offspring so that they can continue to proliferate. Therefore anything thing that practices homosexuality technically speaking is unnatural because you can't pass on your genes that way. Does that mean they're going to hell or that homosexuality will overcome and destroy the planet? Of course not, only crazy radicals thing that way.

It's not natural and it shouldn't be presented as a normal way of life on prime time television... If they turn gay or go that path on their own. Fine so be it.. I'd support them... There are other natural factors that may prevent someone from mating. So why would homosexuality be anymore unnatural? You would think that the natural selection would therefore "weed" out homosexuality over time.

We live in a world where both lifestyles should be accepted and not questioned, both on TV and in life.I disagree with what Muddy is saying....to me, that's promoting prejudice.But they are his children, therefore his decision on how to handle it.
