Michael Lohan Arrested for Felony Domestic Violence

Another Lohan is behind bars again -- this time, it's Michael, not Lindsay.

Michael Lohan was arrested in West Hollywood on Monday night on three felony counts of domestic violence after an unidentified person called the cops reporting an incident in a private apartment.

According to police documents obtained by RadarOnline, Lindsay Lohan's estranged dad, 50, has been accused of preventing the report of victimization, false imprisonment and inflicting corporal on a cohabitant.

His alleged victim, who remains anonymous, suffered minor injuries, but refused medical attention.

The drama didn't end there: As Lohan was being booked at the local sheriff's station, he complained of an unrelated medical condition, and was then admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

When he's released from the hospital, Lohan's booking process will resume. His bail has been set at $200,000.
