Hollywood mega star, John Travolta is being sued by an unidentified male masseur for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The explosive lawsuit alleges on January 16, 2012, Travolta picked up the masseur in a black Lexus SUV, which had "Trojan condoms in the console of the vehicle" and the duo went to a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

According to the documents, the massage began in a bungalow at the famed hotel, and "Travolta appeared to be semi-erect." The lawsuit goes on to claim that a chef brought in hamburgers during the massage and Travolta "touched Plaintiff's scrotum, and this time the Plaintiff told Travolta to please not touch him again." The lawsuit states that the actor promised not to, but "Travolta quickly tried to rub the head of Plaintiff's penis as he tried to pull away."

Travolta's rep tells RadarOnline.com: “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been identified with a name even though it is required to do so. On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."

The lawsuit then alleges that Travolta "started to apologize for his behavior and tried to imply that they 'must have gotten our signals crossed,' and that he thought the Plaintiff wanted 'the same thing he did,'" the documents state. "Plaintiff explained that he did not ever have sex with his clients and that expecting sexual situations when people are providing paid services was essentially prostitution. Travolta tried to act like it was a simple misunderstanding..Plaintiff told Travolta that a masseur lying on the table was unlawful and inappropriate. Travolta said, 'come on dude, I'll jerk you off!!!'"

The masseuse tried to complete the deep tissue massage, but the lawsuit alleges, "Travolta, had removed his draping and was masturbating. Travolta's penis was fully erect, and was roughly 8 inches in length, and his pubic hair was wirey and unkempt. Sweat was pouring down Travolta's neck, and he asked Plaintiff again to say something nice to him"

The documents state that Travolta said there was a Hollywood actress staying at the hotel that "wanted three way sex, and wanted to be double penetrated. Travolta said they could have that later, but first they needed to have sex together before calling her, so this way they would be in-sync with each other sexually. Travolta told Plaintiff that he had Hollywood looks but just needed to lose some weight and learn to kick some ass and then Plaintiff would be ready to make millions."

After threatening to call the cops, the masseur alleges he was dropped off where Travolta had picked him up, and the actor called him "selfish" and a "loser." Travolta gave the masseur $800, double what he was owed.

The masseur is seeking at least $2 million dollars in damages, and wants a jury trial.

Travolta is married to actress, Kelly Preston.

A second accuser -- another male masseur -- filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta Tuesday morning and claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions," according to the docs, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The second alleged victim is also being represented by the same lawyer as the first accuser, and in the amended complaint, both are now suing Travolta for sexual harassment as well.

As we previously reported, Travolta is being sued by an unidentified male masseur for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to the lawsuit, the masseur tried to carry out a deep tissue massage, but "Travolta, had removed his draping and was masturbating. The unidentified male masseur is being repped by the same attorney who filed the initial sexual battery lawsuit against the Oscar nominated actor. According to the lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday morning in Federal Court in Los Angeles, the second victim alleges that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage on Travolta. According to the docs, Travolta was staying on the 15th floor of the upscale resort, and he was referred to as Mr. White. The Plaintiff doesn't normally do in-room massages and asked a co-worker to take the assignment, but he declined because "Travolta has been banned from a spa that the coworker used to work at in Los Angeles."

On the morning of the massage Travolta had "a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes and climbed onto the already setup massage table...Travolta removed the entire sheet from his body, and he claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat...Travolta further indicated that he likes a lot of "Glutes" work meaning a massage on his buttocks...While he was massaging near Travolta's buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus."

As the massage came to an end "Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2's hand on Travolta's scrotum. Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2's upper thighs and buttocks....Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done, but Travolta's erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover...Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go," the docs state.

The masseur "complained to all of his supervisors and many coworkers to no avail." Travolta allegedly went down "to the spa that Plaintiff No. 2 worked at, which is part of the resort Travolta was staying at, as opposed to having Doe Plaintiff No. 2 go to his room. Travolta DEMANDED that Doe Plaintiff No. 2 come back and do it again, and he refused," the lawsuit asserts.

According to Access Atlanta, Travolta was spotted eating dinner at The Palm restaurant in the swanky enclave of Atlanta, Buckhead aroound January 25 2012, and he was in town filming the movie Killing Season with Robert De Niro in Georgia.

Travolta's pit-bull attorney, Marty Singer, told us on Monday, that "The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution."

Singer, who was recently named as the top entertainment lawyer of the year by the Beverly Hills Bar Association, says unequivocally that he can prove Travolta was on the east coast when the masseur alleges the sexual battery took place in a Beverly Hills hotel. "My client was on the east coast," Singer told RadarOnline.com, referring to the lawsuit's key date of January 16, 2012.

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. The couple's oldest child, Jett, died in 2009. The couple have two other children, daughter, Ella Bleu, and their toddler son, Benjamin, born in 2010.

The alleged second victim is also seeking $2 million dollars in damages and a jury trial, and Okorcha maintains that both clients are ready to face off against Travolta in court.

John Travolta's lawyer is lashing out at the second "anonymous" male masseur who's accused the actor of sexual harassment -- calling the 2nd claim "just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one."

Travolta's powerhouse attorney, Marty Singer, just released a statement in response to a report that a second accuser filed legal docs claiming Travolta grabbed his genitals and masturbated during a massage session on January 28th at an unidentified Atlanta spa resort.

Singer calls the new allegations "absurd and fictional" ... and says they're "just as fabricated" as the claims made by John Doe #1 in the initial lawsuit filed May 4th.

Singer also blasts the lawyer who's representing both accusers -- claiming the attorney obviously read media reports which poked holes in accuser #1's story ... and then made adjustments when asserting claims on behalf of the 2nd alleged victim.

We've put in multiple calls to the lawyer who filed the claims -- but he has yet to return our calls.
Marty Singer's Official Statement:

"This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one.

The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of his second anonymous client, who does not want to disclose his name although he is required to do so, was notified that his first client’s claims were totally false and fabricated, since our client was not in LA when anonymous “Doe #1” claims he interacted with John Travolta.

That fact is easily provable since John Travolta was on the east coast working on a movie on the date that anonymous “Doe #1” claims he interacted with our client. After we were able to establish that anonymous “Doe #1’s” claims were totally absurd, the same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another plaintiff, whom he identified as “Doe #2.” Significantly, although the same attorney made the fabricated claim for Doe #1, there was never any claim made by anonymous Doe #2 before he filed his specious lawsuit.

Before the attorney for the two anonymous plaintiffs filed the claim on behalf of the second person who refuses to disclose his identity although required to do so, it is obvious that he checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie.

However, the claim by Doe #2 is just as fabricated as the claim by Doe #1. Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims."

The lawyer representing the two men suing John Travolta for sexual battery and assault and sexual harassment tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he has been contacted by other potential accusers making similar claims and he’s investigating their allegations before deciding to take further legal action.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Travolta is being sued by two male masseurs that claim they were both sexually assaulted by the Grease star. Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the allegations in both lawsuits, branding both men as liars.

However, Okorie Okorocha, the legal ace attorney repping the unidentified masseurs, says that he thinks Travolta's denials are not to be believed. "By the time this case is over Marty Singer will have to accuse more than 100 men of lying because I have been contacted by people, mostly men, that have first hand information about similar behavior on John Travolta's part to that contained in the lawsuits I have already filed against him," Okorocha tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "I have witnesses and the potential for more accusers in virtually every state of the union who have called me. I'm currently in the process of investigating their claims and verifying the information before possible further action is taken."

On Tuesday, the second masseur filed a lawsuit against Travolta alleging that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he performed an in-room massage on the actor. Meanwhile, Okorocha is standing by his clients and says, "If Marty Singer thinks he can sue me on the validity of Mr. Travolta's denials, and if he wants to file the lawsuit now, I will give him a waiver allowing him to proceed with it at this stage of the case, even though under California law he has to wait until he wins the case, and that absolutely won't be happening. It will never happen, he won't win, so we might as well get it over with now. Bring it on."

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. The couple's oldest child, Jett, died in 2009. The couple have two other children, daughter, Ella Bleu, and their toddler son, Benjamin, born in 2010.

Both men are seeking $2 million dollars in damages and are prepared to let a jury decide who is telling the truth.
