Hi Guys,

A bit of an update from my "im having twins thread"

I would like to formally welcome my 2nd and 3rd sons to this big wide world.
They were born at 33 weeks and 6 days
George weighed 4lb 9oz and Henry weighed 5lb 2oz
Both had to go in to SCBU (Special Care Baby Unit) to be incubated and go on oxygen for a bit and to be fed sugar water to bring their blood sugar levels up.
They are both now doing great and are out of the incubators but are still being fed intravenously and will stay in SCBU for the next week or two at least to boost then up for the big bad world
Mum is doing well and should be discharged tomorrow (sept 5th) and she is especially pleased that they have both taken to the breast

help! I know whereof I speak, because my niece just had twins a month ago.

Yeah bot sets of grandparents are within 10 min of our place so all is good on that score
I have been told of the trials and tribulations of twins by my younger brother, he and his GF had identical boys 3 months ago, they are also close by so god help the area in about 10 years when they start to run rampage lol
