    I've never seen the show so I have no idea....(now don't go calling me DH here...) I know the series of moves he used on the first guy to get him on the ground. Starts out with a low straight kick and ends up with a throw, then a punch to the chest...

    Your kids? I attended a few classes and the warmups killed me ffs I had bruises from the upper part of my arms down to my feet...


    I saw some taekwondo in there as well.....the bicycle kick on the second guy was the only suspect move I could pick out, it dropped him instantly
