The material is aluminum and there is no plating. However I believe the teeth are steel and it pressed on the aluminum base. The teeth are 48 pitch those gears are 43 tooth and 46 tooth but I want a 49 tooth and no one makes it. The center hole is about .25" and has 2 set screws on either side

With all that, it would be prohibitively expensive for us to make it here unfortunately. Especially without CAD files. Even worse is if those teeth are made separately and pressed in.
