Havent really listened to any RATM tbh, bit heavy for my taste

What?
I'm finding that, as I've gotten older, I'm disagreeing with their political stances more and more, but their albums were so good.
It broke my heart to see that Audioslave reformed to play at a recent protest. I love Chris Cornell and Soundgarden. He should have never waded into this political mess.

Almost all of RATM's music is hardcore anarchy type stuff. I still like the music even though I've never really cared for what the lyrics stand for. Make of that what you will
Back when they first came out, I was an anti-establishment hellion. Or at least, I thought like one. Thank God I grew up.
I kind of identified with them back in the day.

I definitely leaned more liberal when I was younger, I mean, who doesn't really? You want to just say "fuck the system" and think you can change the world and whatnot. But then along the way like you, I grew up. And no, my 'liberal stage' was nowhere near like what these idiots are nowadays with their whiny protesting and bullying.

Yeah, I know. Kids these days are fucking nuts. The shit going on now never happened back in our day.
