Didn't know you were having wrist problems, Belle. My sympathies. I broke my wrist at 19 and my college wouldn't delay the writing of an entrance exam, so I handed it in written in a big scrawl, because I'd just gotten my cast. Took two Tylenol3's and I was flying!

My neck hurts...physio saw me on Monday and is going to see me Friday as well. Hurts only when I'm in an office chair, if I'm in a soft chair it's OK, so at work I'm mostly standing up!

Sounds like you need a new chair, it must be putting your posture right out, get yourself a deep massage and ask them to work out the knots that you will no doubt have in your shoulder area by the sound of it, you would be surprised how much those things restrict the movement of your neck and how much pain they cause, hope it feels better soon
