Just off the phone to my mate (been talking with his uncle previously), he had to be defib'd 6 times

Lucky to still be with us tbh, thankfully it happened at the right place as he was playing footy on the astroturf at McDiarmid Park (home of St Johnstone FC) and they had a defib unit there. Hes had a stent fitted and says he feels better than ever

Yikes, that's scary. Good to hear he's okay.

I knew an electrician who had a similar episode. He was about 75 lbs overweight, smoked like a chimney and was fortunate to be with a group of people when his heart gave out.

They patched him up, he lost tons of weight and threw away the smokes. Looked really good after that

Another mate ended up in hospital last night, a ladded collapsed under him and he tried to grab something to steady his fall and nearly tore his finger clean off, severed right down to the bone!

They say it comes in 3s so im not gonna work too hard today just in case........
