Fell asleep after dinner last night, woke up around 9pm, fell asleep again around 11pm and slept right through until the alarm woke me this morning........ i really need to start sleeping normally instead of getting 4 or 5 hours most nights

I actually slept right up until my alarm went off this morning, first time I've done that in a month.
