You can try a smaller unit, but we bought one before back when we were living in the apartment and it was fairly worthless.

I remember looking at them a few years back when we had a particularly warm summer, most of the reviews weren't too great on the cheaper ones tbh. Never mind, probably be freezing cold in a weeks time
I was scrolling through all the ones available om Amazon.co.uk...you guys don't really have the American style window units there I guess?
