Never had one in my life mate........ maybe i should start

I am starting to feel a little hungry now so that's got to be a good sign (haven't eaten since wednesday night).

I've had the heating up high to try to sweat it out......... my bed stinks of sweat now...... which is nice

Yeah, it's worth getting a flu shot mate. And that's how I usually try to get past the worst of it, I just put on a bunch of warm clothes, get in bed under as many blankets I have and just try and break the fever by sweating it out. Usually once that fever breaks, even though you're still sick, you feel a million times better.

Yeah, it's worth getting a flu shot mate. And that's how I usually try to get past the worst of it, I just put on a bunch of warm clothes, get in bed under as many blankets I have and just try and break the fever by sweating it out. tbh, i think this is only the 2nd time in my life i've had actual flu....... but i may look into getting a flu jab next year!
