Well, I'm just putting in an application to try to go to Germany. And then reading how bad Covid is there

That's crazy man. You shouldn't have to take that burden!. One question, why are people that turning up for work on the weekends and aren't there during the week. Seems a bit ass over backwards??

We don't have a full time mechanic, he "works" weekends here on top of his 9-5. And by "works I mean the last three weeks he's gone out cruising in the bosses caddies, tidied up a bit, tinkered with the model T and gone out drinking. So pretty much everything except what's important.

Also we are a vacation rental company with around 100 properties on an island, Fri-Sun is our busiest.

I've been chirping at the boss and mechanic for three weeks about getting the dozen taxis registered and ready for inspections. Specifically said "I don't want a repeat of the clusterfuck from last year". I've been ignored. Guess what happened two hours ago? Yep, The village sent an email that our inspections expired 5 days ago and we have 48 hours to get it resolved. EVERYBODY PANIC!

Of course by everybody I mean me. Because no one else is here until the weekend to to THEIR jobs. And by panic I mean fuck it, if they fail they fail, I warned them. Oh yea, and BTW it's supposed to snow up to 6" tonight and be 39 degrees with high winds tomorrow. Seems like a good day to spend outside.
