I don't know the meme but assume she was less than impressed with her medal win?
She was the reigning world champion and heavily favored to win the individual vault gold. By all accounts, she owns that one event by a wide margin over her competition. Her team final vault was pretty much flawless, so when her individual wasn't 2-3 days later, she was kinda pissed off.

McKayla Maroney rose to fame as one of the world's most talented gymnasts - but she sealed that fame with a disastrous fall in Olympic competition which cost her the chance of a gold medal.
That embarrassing tumble, and the way the athlete failed to hide her anger, has been a gift to online comedians, who have turned photographs of the very public event into a hilarious new meme.
But the 16-year-old has proven that she has a sense of humour by making fun of herself in a picture she posted to Twitter today.
Maroney Tweeted a photograph of herself alongside fellow U.S. gymnasts Kyla Ross and Aly Raisman at a swimming pool with the caption: 'The pool is closed.. #notimpressed'.
All three gymnasts pulled scowling faces similar to Maroney's expression after she failed dismount properly in the individual women's vault portion of the games and landed in second place.
Though many would be thrilled with a silver medal, the 16-year-old did not keep her emotions to herself as she wore a disapproving frown throughout the awards ceremony.
Now that frown has become a vital part of the latest meme created in her honor.
Could we have an smilie?
It would go well with
