You don't have to use your real personal details. I have a ton of accounts using fake information. But I've written the details of those accounts down in case I need them for future use.

I have a personal email address, a bank email address, a buying stuff email address, 2 phone email addresses that I had to make and I know all the passwords to all those because those are the ones I need. The ones I use to join forums etc are one time use emails and I don't need them, ergo I don't need to remember passwords.
BTW, I can't get in to my old hotmail accounts because they won't let me log in without giving them my number so they can text me a code to prove it's me.... WTF?
