Amanda Bynes' lawyer is expected to post bail of $50k Wednesday morning at the Beverly Hills courthouse in connection with her DUI arrest, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

After Bynes' DUI arrest in April, she was released on her own recognizance and wasn't required to post any money for bail because at the time, she didn't have a criminal record. However, since being formally charged with DUI, the Nickelodeon star has subsequently been charged with two separate hit and run charges, which are both misdemeanors. The Los Angeles District Attorney decided to ask for bail now because of Bynes' brushes with the law and ever increasingly bizarre behavior.

The bail hearing had been scheduled to be heard on Friday, September 21, but her attorney, Richard Hutton, advanced the matter to avoid the media circus. Bynes had initially been ordered to appear in court for the matter, but her attorney was able to persuade the DA that her presence wasn't necessary because of the significant bail amount being posted for a misdemeanor DUI case.

As previously reported, Bynes still has no plans to go to rehab, despite reports that said the Nickeledeon star planned to check in this week.

"Amanda has no plans to go to rehab and reports that stated she was checking in Tuesday or Wednesday are false," a source close to the situation previously told Radar. "Amanda has absolutely no plans to check into rehab. She doesn't need rehab either, what she truly needs is a mental health evaluation her parents and friends are extremely concerned about her well-being.

"Amanda has no grasp about the seriousness of the criminal charges she is facing, from her DUI and hit & run charges. Amanda has been told multiple times that she can't drive but she has continued to do so anyway. The Burbank Police Department should be commended for impounding the vehicle she was driving because she truly is a danger to herself and others."

The judge in Amanda Bynes' DUI case has had enough of her driving shenanigans -- proclaiming if she breaks the law on the road again ... it'll cost her big time.

Amanda's lawyer showed up in to an L.A. courtroom today to fight the D.A.'s request to impose $50,000 bail on the actress for her April DUI arrest. Right now, she's out on her own recognizance -- no bail.

The D.A. argued Amanda has proven time and again she's a danger on the road -- with two hit-and-run charges hanging over her head -- and wanted the judge to impose bail to deter her from further endangering people.

But... the judge said Amanda's alleged hit-and-run violations occurred BEFORE her license was suspended on August 25th, so he decided to give her a break ... for now ... rejecting the D.A.'s bail request.

But the judge was crystal clear ... if Amanda breaks ANY road rules from this day forward, he will impose a high enough bail to get her attention. Obviously, for now, she better not drive at all because her license is suspended.

The judge didn't specify an amount -- but Amanda's got money ... so you can bet it will be high.

The judge also reminded Amanda's lawyer -- she better not even think about getting behind the wheel until her license is reinstated.

Sometimes I drool a little out of the corner of my mouth and bark like a rabid dog just for the hell of it. It's good fun when you're at the mall's food court and you want the area cleared in under 5 minutes to eat your lunch in peace and quiet.

We had a guy who worked here who did a spot on mentally challenged guy....I guess he used to do it in public and say things like - Can I have some ice cream?? This is so cool...usually Dad makes me take off all my clothes for ice cream but you didn't even ask...
