No idea how to pronounce Noilly Pratt, really! Noilly Prat is a vermouth and my bro about 20 years ago, Mr. Social climber was going on about how wonderful it was etc...it just sounded funny to me. And I knew in English slang a Prat is someone who acts against logic, and it sounded like a legit last name, so Perfect!
