Turkey's just like chicken. It's pretty much a blank slate and really easy to dry out. My sister seasons hers well. It comes out pretty tasty. But I still want to try the deep fried turkey.

Those oven bags are usually pretty good at keeping the moisture in, or so I'm told. I'm pretty sure they've got large ones for turkey.

When my dad does the turkey, he always uses those oven bags. They are, in a word, awesome. Turkey always comes out juicy and never dry, even the whitest of the white meat which can turn into sawdust if it gets overcooked. I highly recommend those oven bags.

My grandmother loved those things.. They are good for a picnic shoulder also if you ever want to make BBQ.
