Mila — voted the world’s sexiest woman by Sun readers — admitted she could have a “good time” playing the erotic novel’s heroine Anastasia Steele.

The 29-year-old said: “There are times when you just want to do something fun and different, because you’re going to have a good time doing it.”

EL James’ book — which has sold 65 million copies — sees innocent Anastasia locked in an S&M relationship with kinky billionaire Christian Grey.

Harry Potter star Emma Watson, 22, has also been linked with the role. Drive hunk Ryan Gosling, 32, is tipped to play Mr Grey.

Brit screenwriter Kelly Marcel is penning the script. She said: “It will be raunchy — we’re 100 per cent going there.”

Mila Kunis may be the world's Sexiest Woman Alive, but that doesn't mean she's ready for some S&M on the silver screen.

A report from U.K.'s The Sun supposedly quoted the Black Swan beauty saying she could have a "good time" playing the racy role of Anastasia Steele in the big screen adaptation of E.L. James' sex-filled novel, Fifty Shades of Grey.

The tabloid claims that Ashton Kutcher's gal said she was interested in the role because "there are times when you just want to do something fun because you're going to have a good time doing it."

But don't pull out your whips and chains just yet, because a source tells E! News that Mila never even gave an interview to The Sun, meaning the quotes have no merit.

Kunis is the latest sexy star to pop up on the Fifty Shades casting couch. Emma Watson is rumored to be the current front-runner for the erotic franchise, and Anna Kendrick and fan favorite Alexis Bledel have also been named as potential hopefuls.

But even though the Sun's story is false, there's still a silver lining to the tabloid chatter: Kunis hasn't denied that she wouldn't be down for the erotic thriller.

As for an actor who has expressed a desire to star in the raunchy role (besides Ian Somerhalder, that is)?

Porn star and Lindsay Lohan's Canyons costar James Deen recently told Entertainment Weekly that Christian Grey is a character he "could have a lot of fun with."

Somehow, we're just not that surprised.
