Yea' needless to say their phone system went crazy this morning. The conversation with a friend of mine

I called. Told them it was very tasteless and could be considered as inciting violence towards police officers. Totally disrespectful to law enforcement. They were like " sorry you feel that way, we will try to be more sensitive, blah, blah, blah ". I told them I hope they will but the damage has been done with this and I am certain they will lose customers, as they should.

I do see your point, but there are also limits on speech when they incite violence or cause danger to citizens. That is a very nebulous line, I know, but that one crossed the line for me. It did not for you. Fair enough. Welcome to debate in a democracy.

I think you guys would be surprised at how such things are viewed by mine and younger generations in this locale. Its like there's this whole swath of yas out there that have not noticed the militarization of the police forces and think its just a response to....stuff.

Oh I've noticed. I've also noticed some cities and areas over the last decade looking more and more like a war zone in a third world country. You can't exactly send Barney Fife into an area or riot where 99% of the population views him as the "enemy".
