Yeah, but he's got to factor in many different opinions on his side. Including medical, moral, political. He might have to support many things that he doesn't explicitly believe in. Finally, I think that republicans do support abortion under certain circumstances, don't they?

P.s. he's been president less than a week

The republican party platform is one of pro-life. Personally some individuals my have different views, but I can't speak for them. But I don't know one person that calls themselves a republican that supports abortion right up to the point of birth, which is what the liberal democrats are pushing for under the guise of 'reproductive health'.
