Still love her fur coloration. I'm a sucker for just about any spotted animal.

She goes in this Friday to get fixed. Even when getting shots, she's always liked going to the vet, I'm guessing this will all change after this Friday. Poor doggy
Yep, Tony was the same until he got the snip....... now he associates the vets with pain
I knew a dog who led an exciting and vibrant life...
then he got the snip
now he just mopes around all day watching TV, occasionally glancing out the window at the other dogs
ffs you'd think he got married
What a weekend for the poor puppy....
Because we got the gastroplexy surgery done the same time she was being spayed, they had to make a longer incision than normal, and because it's so long, they had to stitch AND staple her closed. We need to keep her calm for 2 weeks until the staples come out, but on Saturday night we noticed a little bleeding, but it was just a trickle and it stopped and she didn't bleed again...until Sunday afternoon when she started bleeding a lot. So we had to take into the vet again and get her re-checked. They said the staples looked fine but she may have pulled a stitch internally, so he gave us antibiotics and a tranquilizer to try and keep her calm. She was a zombie all afternoon because of the tranq and it's just so sad because she doesn't understand and she just wants to play and be a puppy.
how the hell do they expect a dog to heal from that?? young dogs must move..
I had the same vasectomy scar, puppy will be ok
Awww, poor Pepper Christ, that's some length of incision........
Damn.
What is a gastroplexy? Nvm lmgtfy...
I know it's late but there is a laparoscopic version of that surgery available..
You only know that because you read it on the internet
