Miley Cyrus has some choice words for her detractors.
The Ashtrays and Heartbreaks singer hopped on Twitter Sunday to share her thoughts on her critics, specifically calling out fans of Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift who bash her. She also encouraged her own followers to stamp out hateful agendas.
"Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in [their] name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular)," she wrote, adding, "Please Smilers don't ever think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist. My fans make me proud by supporting my music & everything I do."
She wasn't done there.
"Im sure these haters would make their idols much happier tweeting bout their music rather than wishing death upon their peers like psychos," the 20-year-old tweeted.
Still, Liam Hemsworth's fiancée admitted that her own fans can oftentimes be complicit in going overboard, noting, "Btw im not saying Smilers can't act cray cray too. #deaththreats #TOOOOFAR."
She also made sure to end her mini-tirade on a positive note. "We are all friends. Why can't you all be?" she wrote.
Cyrus—whose engagement to Hemsworth, sources tell E! News, is still on amid reports of a family intervention—has herself been focusing on staying productive. Last week, she hinted that a new single could be on its way, which may debut at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday.
"Maybe y'all will find out a LIL sum at the up coming @billboard music awards!" Cyrus tweeted last week, teasing,"Maybe.... Like.... A.... Singgggg....llllleeeee."
