When a celeb has a tape 'leaked' and then tries to garner compensation for it, they hire a net lawyer who trolls the sites and issues DMCA letters to the site owners. Basically a pre-emptive threat in writing warning to take down the vid link or further action will be taken.

Then the site is put on a watch list for copyrighted materials and Lance/Goof run a pretty clean ship here.

The trick is to get them not to notice you....I bet the other sites have either taken down the links or hidden it somewhere.

not to cause any more of a pissing match but here is the link to the thread on the other board. with that forum once you post something it stays there. nothing gets the ax. if you post something that makes you look like an asshole the other members will handle you and put you in your place. There are many links in that thread and not one was cut. the site linked might have pulled the vid but not the forum

That's the main problem though Hal - no-one even bothers to read the rules. We rarely enforce any of them because we are all friends, normally a quick post delete and a pm do the job........... some people like to push a bit too much though
