    alrighty..

if they can take the time to audit vacant houses, why not throw some homeless people in them!!!!

the ant/human weight thing is weird and slightly creepy...

and I don't believe that 8 billion people could fit in Texas and be less crowded than NYC

I think some of those vacant houses are unfit to live in. A vast majority of the others are probably foreclosures owned by banks and are currently not being sold because no one wants to buy them or can't afford them.

You really need to take a look at the size of Texas and compare it to the size of New York City.

    bite my ass

the comparison isn't about the geographical land mass of the two locations....it's about cramming over 7 billion people into Texas and it not being crowded..

I suppose we could do a simple extrapolation. If we say that each person occupies a 3 foot diameter on average while standing or sitting and then figured out how many square feet in Kev-land, we could compare that to the density of folks living in NYC.

Nothing to do with the above...I checked out Central Park on Google Earth and was surprised to see how large and varied it is.

That's really amazing when you think of it....over 7 billion people in Texas and they would each get a space bigger than the apartment I lived in before I bought my house (my last apartment was just under 900 sq/ft
