Jesus and Moses are playing golf and they''re on the tenth hole. Moses hits the ball and it heads straight for a pond. Just before the ball hits the water, the pond parts and the ball rolls up onto the green.

Jesus winds up and hits one about to the same spot. Jesus' ball hits the water he walks out on the water, the ball rises to the surface and he chips onto the green. All of a sudden, lightning flashes and a ball drops from the sky. A fish swallows it, a bird picks up the fish and drops the ball onto a turtle, that walks over to the hole and drops it in.

...heard stories of many a taoist master (of course this is very few and far between) being able to do pretty much all the same feats, including 40 days of meditation with no food or water, "lightness skill" and walking on water, right down to the ascension thing.

...supposedly at the culmination of an extremely long meditation, like on the order of 30, 40 days, by the time you're done your body is just about in a deadlike stasis - and in some way its up to what's on the other side if you survive that or not.

the central channel of the human body, properly cultivated, is where room temperature superconductivity is to be found...and that is sorta the essence of "lightness skill."

When you look at the world through a purely scientific perspective, us and everything around us is composed of molecules. The molecules just move at different speeds and are arranged in different densities depending on the object or organic form.

So...walking through walls is not out of the question, or walking on water, or flying, or moving objects with your mind....

yeah, if you dont believe you'll accomplish something, you'll fail!

that's why masters dont normally give a ton of info to students, just the basic fundamentals, and many things emerge from practicing the fundamentals...but you dont learn it quite so well if you just get told and dont learn and experience.

its where the whole Zen "cut your head off" thing came from...get your mind out of the way...
