As I mentioned, Gotham has a great look and obviously some money...yet it reminds me of a 40's gangster show. I like the hints and nods to things that come, but there's this weird displacement when I watch. To answer I would rate it below the first season of Arrow, but has the potential to be rated above Agents of Shield. Right now my list would be Daredevil, Gotham and then everything else below.

I still think this show is going to collapse onto itself from all of the stuff going on....it's too disjointed and random...
that being said I sure loved Bobbi's fight with Grant and Agent 33..
