Man can't keep it in his pants at cheerleading competition

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Authorities say a Louisville man was arrested after he committed a sex act at the fairgrounds.

45-year-old Richard Molett was arrested Sunday afternoon. According to witnesses, Molett had been in the North Wing of the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center, "watching little girls cheer" and committing a sex act at the same time. That's when security approached Mollett and asked him to leave.

Police say Molett was not with anyone from the cheer competition and didn't know the names of anyone at the event. Additionally, he failed to pay the $10 ticket fee for entrance into the competition.

Molett's actions, "caused public alarm and scared the little girls of the competition," according to the arrest report.

When police officers arrested Molett outside the building, they say he smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

He's been charged with criminal trespassing, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.
