Just read it mate. It was just a busy Friday. I went to town and was helping my girlfriend install windows 10 remotely, lol.

Needed Friday night alone to recover

Why is it that in any fantasy movie/TV series that all the characters ALWAYS speak with a British accent?

Because speaking with an Indian accent is racist.

I keep disposable gloves under the sink now for handling really spicy shit. Not worth getting in the eyes or worse...

Have a cold for the first time in 2 years! I forgot how much I hate them

Got my first COVID test just to be safe because I still had to be out and about this week... they are not painful but really not pleasant either. Feels like your brain is being tickled.

Thats probably one of the better things with all the Covid reactions. Seasonal flu, colds, etc are way down. I haven't been sick at all, other than some dust allergies since Jan 2020.

Are you saying that there can't be Indians in other worldly realms?

I only took a covid test once and that was because I had to before my kidney stone procedure at the hospital earlier this year. I think it completely depends on who's giving the test as to the experience of it. I heard horror stories about how it feels like they're jabbing your brain when they do it. But I had mine done at the hospital by a real nurse and not some volunteer and it really wasn't all that bad. I was expecting way worse.

My kid was sick last weekend and into the start of the week. And she's paranoid about the Covid, even though me and the wife are completely nonchalant about it. Not sure what kinda BS they tell her about it at school or what her friends say about it, but she acts like she's in danger no matter what I say or do.

So kinda funny that she's the one that got sick.

    Closing time,
Time for you to go out to the places you will be from
    Closing time,
This room won't be open till your brothers or your sisters come

    So, gather up your jackets,
    Move it to the exits
I hope you have found a friend
    Closing time,
Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end, yeah

Went to the Van Gogh Immersive Exhibit over the weekend. Wife bought the tix when it was announced like almost a year ago. It was really cool and definitely different. They did a great job animating the artwork. If you like art shows and it comes to your city, it's definitely worth seeing IMHO.
