Depending on how you deal with it, that should be easily doable. The only major thing I've done is started exercising every day. I do roughly 30 minutes a day on the treadmill Monday thru Thursday, and the I do at least 60 minutes on Friday thru Sunday. I really haven't even changed my eating habits all that much and I still lost 10 in about a month.
the biggest key is to break a good sweat every day....for me even 5-10 minutes of sweat time is enough to maintain
