I don't know if I'll be a good leader of people yet, I've lead projects but never had permanent direct reports. I have 3 months to build out what the team will look like and eventually filling the positions we deem the team to need, but I have so much to learn on the HR/PX side. It's going to be stressful but I hope I'm up for it and that I can become as good a boss as the ones I've had over the years. Might order a few books to help me through if anyone has tips?
