Well this is certainly interesting... I think my piece of shit printer's busted.
When you give it a print job, it consecutively feeds two sheets of paper all the way through without printing anything on them, then it prints on the third. After the job is done, it starts to repeat the job it just completed, except it stops feeding the second sheet of paper and says there's a paper jam. Once you clear the paper jam, it starts the already completed job again, after feeding two sheets of paper through without printing anything on them again. Then it prints again, then the paper jam again on the second sheet... you have to hit the cancel button on the piece of shit about a thousand times to get it to stop, and it only stops for a minute before it tries to start up again...
... long story short: I think my piece of shit printer's busted.

Yeah, I just spent the past hour and a half troubleshooting the fucker. I've looked at the hardware that I could see without taking the entire thing apart, I checked the settings, I reinstalled drivers, I downloaded and ran a troubleshooting program from HP... nada. I think this thing is on its way out the door.

Nope, printers usually last around me.
And lately, it's been earphones/earbuds that die.

I picked up a nice, reasonable printer for around 60 bucks...Canon MX320. Scans, faxes, makes copies (when the PC is turned off)....it does a good job. Not photo quality copying but no issues and low price.
no it was DGX
he was talking about his habit of perhaps launching the mouse across the room when frustrated....or maybe he was testing aerodynamics and inside wind velocities

No, Hal's right, it was me. I used to buy those cheap corded mice that you got for less than $10. Well, you pay for what you get, and when they started messing up, I'd just chuck them across the room. The first few impacts would help, but after those, the son's of bitches would just die. I finally invested in a wireless Logitech. I haven't had a problem since.

The first few impacts would help....oh yesss
the worst I've done is slam the mouse down hard onto the desk when it wouldn't work and it shattered in my hand
mental note - try checking the batteries first before assuming the hardware is screwed up
This looks pretty good.
