Aaww man...that is not nice news to start one's work day. But on the bright side, he went in his sleep which means he probably went very peacefully.

The doctors killed him. He went in for a "stress test" yesterday... They pushed him too hard. He has 3 kids.

Those stress tests are crazy, I'm not in great shape but I'm not bad either, I hike, hunt, work outside etc. Anyway a couple years ago I had a stress test as part of a physical and thought I was going to die right then and there on the treadmill. They keep asking if can you stand a little more , a little more, I think when I stopped answering they got the picture. I remember seeing little sparkles just before they stopped, Glad I didn't pass out while the treadmill was going.

This is the third person I know that has gone through some physically stressing event and had a heart attack that night.. Just because you heart rate returns to normal doesn't look like you are not out of the woods.

Thanks.. He was cool.. Our kids used to have cheer leading practice together when they were like 8 years old.. We used to eat cheese fries and talk all kinds of smack while we waited..
