Funny thing is, I held that exact same Jim Beam Honey in my hand and wondered if it is good...and when checking the price of Finlandia, I noticed this weird greenish vodka, and it was that damn Bison Vodka! Jeesus fuck dude...what are the odds you mentioning those exact same products!?
Then picked up this special brew.... it is goooood.

the vodka , smooth with a hint of hay ,strange but wow , lovely vodka i use as a treat to myself it's my good stuff
the jim bean , good , been ages since i've done JD or JB use to have one of these

next to my bed and did at least a bottle of bourbon a week but quit got back into it and like this stuff

So I am installing a new computer for my mother and find a couple DVDs labeled "back up"

I thought maybe they had her old files but the computer couldn't read it, so I brought one home to check it.

It's not an old back of her computer. It's an old back up of MINE.

I have to go find the other DVD, STAT.

it's such a long story...we had a girl from Minnesota with us that night too and she joined right in with the bullshitting about drinking and peeing in cold weather. I'm sure those Aussie guys went home thinking that all North Americans are animals.....after I was telling the guy about peeing outside in the cold for men, she told them it's worse for women and how she had to light a fire, squat down and not burn her muff when pissing outside

I was rolling on the ground laughing ...plus the fact we were drinking super high test booze and the Australians were used to beer only..

I used to do hot tub to snow and back plenty often on ski trips. this one place we stayed had this fence around the deck where the hot tub was, and we'd do flips off the fence into the snow on the other side.

I told my younger brother about it and he thought it was cool and a great idea, so the next year he was at the place, did a flip into the snow...


....and realized that there was about 2, 3 feet less snow than the year before when I was up there, and he couldnt reach the railing to get on the deck, so had to walk soaking wet in 3 feet of snow around to the front of the building and come in through the main entrance

i did a bit in the garden today cleared a log store ,need to remove 3 and replace with one bigger 1 , plus sorted out the greenhouse ready to sow some veg seeds tomorrow

something happened today that i thought was pretty hilarious, thought i'd post here.

so i take my 8 year old son to a required retreat this afternoon. At one of the stations, they were having the kids make dough to make a bread. My kids are used to working around the kitchen, they make many of their own meals and what not. Pretty much we assist with getting things into and out of the oven or using the stove. They both like making breads and all sorts of things, so they are really comfortable with measuring/mixing/baking.

Anyways, my kid is going to town and having a blast. Another kid in the group looks at his name tag and says, "wow, you really are a baker!" (our last name is Baker for those of you that don't know). I look at this kids mom, and she had an extremely uncomfortable look on her face, which I didn't really understand because I didn't think anything of the comment. Me, being the smartass that I am, thought that I would look at this kids nametag to make some wise ass comment with something about his last name. When I looked at his nametag, I realized why his mom was maybe a little uncomfortable. I shit you not, the kids last name was "Glasscock".

I held my tongue and didn't say anything
