we can get infracted up here if we're eating while driving....they mostly nail the phone people but I have heard about some folks getting a ticket for doing the buffet thing in the front seat and driving like morons

the other day this chick had her rearview mirror cranked vertically and was doing the make up thing....we were on a 4 lane road and she swerved into the other lanes a few times
