shit, man. just heard from my buddy that the company isnt keeping *any* of the contractors on. I spent a lot of time and effort and drove to the fkn office an extra two weeks on top of how long I was already there training him, he was at the top of production for all the contractors they brought on. even my mgr was virtually certain they'd keep SOME of them on, since they arm barred a ton of our team out the door into retirement with healthcare on the end of that stick, and now they're going to like hire some of them back or something? and what, they changed their mind about the healthcare or something? doesnt make sense.

of course, my entire fkn company doesnt make sense, but go figure. sorry brotha, I tried. I'm pissed about that.

sorry to hear man...we hired a kind of ombudsman to look at internal processes, creating a reporting structure and solve our problems...

first day I wrote out 33 forms outlining delays, mistakes...just general BS that we keep getting tagged for.

He came over here this morning, we had a meeting and he wanted to meet 'the scribe' who filled out all of the reports (me)
