My g/f drove back to Victoria yesterday, my sister and her hubby arrived last night from Victoria. I believe they actually passed each other the highway...

I miss the g/f already and haven't been able to spend much time with my sis. I'm having some chronic pain issues again and have to see the dentist again tomorrow

gotta roll....because a rolling stone gathers no moss, only tiny slow people that can't run fast

Thanks guys. I don't think it's any secret on here that I have been impacted by MDD and GAD for 25 years, probably longer (Remember biorhythms as a kid? I claimed mine were off). I am in day 10 this time, longest episode in about 4 years. I was doing so good; even got off meds 18 months ago. It's been building, I suppose, and I missed the signs. This too shall pass.
