No, A roof replace on the island. It's much bigger than most odd jobs I usually take on, it's insurance work and has a deadline because they need to put renters in there by June 11. I gotta tear it off, rip off the front half sheathing, replace whatever insulation the raccoons have been in, replace 9 the sheets of plywood and replace both sides with a steel roof. All on weekends only and it has to be weather tight by the end of each weekend. 6 weekends to do it. If more than one or two weekends gets rained out, I'm fucked. If the roof takes more than two weeks to get once I order it, I'm fucked.

And now a guy who's place I've been after for two years to buy calls me out of the blue thinking he might want to sell. He's gonna call me Monday with an answer.

I am definitely trying to recruit some cheap labor for this gig. At the very least maybe I can "borrow" one or two of the resort kids for a day or two if I pay their salary. Wouldn't be skilled labor but a second pair of hands to help haul stuff up and hand me things would help immensely. Having to continually climb up and down the ladder is gonna be the worst.
