I just got off the phone with the credit union again because I can't complete their fraud claims process online. It keeps saying there was a problem and the claim process was halted. So the fraud representative said she's handing the whole kit and caboodle off to a case worker and I shouldn't have to do anything else.
Fat chance at that, with the way this has been going.

Couple of years ago my next door neighbour in our townhouse complex asks the gardeners to trim our hedge - by opening it fully up so that it is completely bare from 0 to 6'.
