I'm a pretty good neighbor, the only thing I do that might piss anyone off is mow the lawn when I feel like it instead of when certain bits of foliage reach a certain height.

Sometimes a booming housing market isn't a good thing.

It's great that our house has almost doubled in price since we bought it less than 4 years ago now, but we're doing a lot of renovations to the house and now I have come to the point of getting quotes on getting a deck built. I'm getting quotes anywhere from $17K to $20K to build just a medium sized deck I looked online and an average deck should cost somewhere between $15 and $35 a sq ft and all the quotes I'm getting are between $50 and $70 sq ft. It's absolutely ridiculous
