Had a guys night at the pub planned... started with 5 dudes... then 4... then 3... then it fell apart Shit was easier to organize before people got married (not that I'm not guilty sometimes too)

that is somewhat the basis of my whiskey/poker group. we make it a point to have a meeting once a month on a friday night at one of the guys houses/apartments. by having it set and scheduled, it seems to increase the likelihood of people showing up. and being able to get a hall pass for the night
