Went to a big family reunion with my dad's side of the family on Vancouver Island this weekend. Every one of my dad's siblings and all of their kids (my first cousins) was able to make it which was fantastic. Three of my cousins have kids of their own now though... so it was a lot tamer than the last reunion a few years ago. Party ended a lot earlier than usual after chasing around 5 toddlers all day

Still... like any good italian party, there was an insane amount of food and wine to go around. Great time

Update on that family reunion: half of us who went are all puking and shitting our guts out today. I feel like I got hit by a train. Some sort of food poisoning I guess. Fuuuuuck.

Take a probiotic supplement. It can help with food poisoning, although you really should be taking the pro before you eat the offending food.

I cannot get into this TV show. Lodge 49. It is so boring. They marketed it as The Big Lebowski for TV, but there's nothing humorous about it. At least I'm not finding any humor in it.
