I looked for it. I googled where it might be and came up with a google help page, went through the motions and there's no caller id and spam setting in my phone options. I've got android 6.1. It should be there, but it's not. Apparently Verizon doesn't want me blocking spammers.

If you read the explanation, the blocking services are from Google... Android is Google... That's the company that built the software. Although in my case, it is also the company that built the hardware since I have a Pixel. Which leads me consider that it might be a Pixel thing. No idea.
I wanted to be a Monk, but I never got the chants.
Gotcha.
I have an Android phone and my provider Rogers put 5.1 lollypop or whatever on it. I went into the dialer/settings/call settings/ and was supposed to be able to blacklist numbers there.
Instead I found it at dialer/harassment filter/settings/ and could create blacklists and whitelists from there. I already had a number in there that was blocked.
I also found a call barring category but that was general, like for international calls.
I think I just saw a UFO...
May have to create an elaborate drawing.
So we have this thing in our downtown. Restaurant on top, revolves around real slow, oooh aah.
Last year they shot fireworks off the top of it on New Years.
Then they shot fireworks off real low in Olympic Plaza beneath the tower. Maybe a few too many of the low ones
Gonna do it again tomorrow night
