Yup, it's like when Safeway down here runs their Monopoly game. You collect tickets based on how much you spend at the store each visit. And there's always one 'rare' ticket to complete each prize. Now for the lowest $5 prize, even the rarest card has probably 10's of thousands printed (versus the millions of the common tix). But for the top million dollar prize, the rare piece has only 2 or 3 printed for the entire country (i forget off the top of my head how many grand prizes there were. And Safeway is hoping for the same thing, that the people that happen to get those rare tickets for the million dollar prize just pitch them.
