I am, but usually I delete crap on my work PC that I won't need or want on here like that. I remember it had a few games like Minecraft and stuff, but I don't remember about the others.

Does Win 10 have a start button that brings up a program list? Should be a folder there called games. I don't think you can delete the built in crap-games Windows provides with the OS but I've never tried.

Yeah, you have a menu like that, but no games folder on this one at least.

However I did a search for solitaire, then the Microsoft solitaire collection pops up. It has Klondike, Spider, Freecell, Pyramid, and TriPeaks. It wants you to sign into the Cloud. It has download tiles for other Microsoft game suites, like Ultimate Word Games, Mahjong, Jigsaw, Sudoku, Minesweeper, Treasure Hunt, and Bingo. I'm not downloading them.

I have tried intermittent fasting and my wife's a skeptic but he speaks highly of the science in mice. I don't know anything about NMN, Risveritrol or Metforming but am very curious about it now. Cryotherapy is interesting too and he mentioned yeast lives 30% longer but again that's a big leap to humans so I'd want to know more.

Cracked me up when Joe said "I feel like I should make a shopping list" because I kind of felt the same way.

What's your involvement with him? Are you involved in that area of research too right now?
he barely mentions it, but he talked about how iron supplementation in the elderly could be a bad thing because it might cause senescent or 'zombie' cells, which is what i work on

Started watching the Ted Bundy docuseries on Netflix on the couch tonight after my wife fell asleep during a movie. Fascinating but I turned it off, not happy bedtime watching. Pretty sad and disturbing stuff.

Watch the whole thing. Also, the same director has a movie coming out to tell the story also.

Of course there are. There are also lots of wins and a whole lot of boring draws.

Read the book The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule. She worked with Bundy at a suicide crisis center and was friends with him. They exchanged letters and phone calls for years until his execution. She's done a ton of true crime novels and is an ex-cop. Not the best author yet still a great story about knowing someone personally and thinking the accusations against him have to be wrong. Rule had doubts about his guilt until the evidence became too overwhelming.
