Who eats celery on purpose?I make a ghetto salad using green lettuce (just as good for you as romaine) and celery. That's it. Because my teeth have been adjusted so much, it's difficult for me to chew raw vegetables like carrots

If you read about celery it has tons of nutrients. So the world catches up with me this year and now everyone wants it to put in juicers. Combine that with a bad growing season down south and the price has gone up over double what it was last year. Even restaurants are getting dinged heavily buying it in bulk.
So yeah, one bunch of celery - 6 bucks, one small head of green lettuce, over 3 bucks.
That's almost 10 bucks to make a home made salad.
