Brush and BBQ was filthy. I'm not sure what all of the crap was I cleaned out of it as I'm the only one who's used it
Yeah, it was a bit high when he took it at the visit last week. Not horribly high, but high enough to be concerning. He's going to re-evaluate in 3 to 6 months and maybe then prescribe something if it's still high.

Some advice - A doctor royally pissed my Dad off once. So my Dad put himself on a no sugar diet. He had high blood pressure, fast heartbeat and high cholesterol for most of his adult life. It runs in our family I guess.
After three months he lost 29 pounds, his blood pressure and cholesterol dropped without medication
What he did was drastic, but it can work. He also limited fats etc but for the most part it was just substituting things like sugar free cookies and ice cream.
