Why dont you just build one?
I was thinking about doing that. The lowers are relatively inexpensive compared to the uppers. I could grab a complete lower and work on building the upper, piece wise. I'll think about it.

If you do it right and buy pieces on sale you can build a real nice gun on the cheap. But do your research.
